Honest Mind, Loving Heart, Strength in Body! The Martial Arts way of Life at The Taekwondo Network

Our visit to Kukkiwon was fantastic. The National Team, "The best of the best" as we were told, was practicing and we were able to stay and watch them for a full hour.

There was a beautiful womens demonstration team as well that used scarves, fans and drums to perform traditional Korean dances.


We toured the museum and looked for our Grandmaster in the photographs. Then we went to some of the shops that cater to Taekwondo where people bought taekwondo t-shirts, shoes and the like.

The group posed with the President of Kukkiwon and received some memorabilia to take home.

I could have stayed all day long.
